The Katara Towers in Lusail at golden hour — the Qatari skyline your company aims to rise into
The growth department of UTS

Rafea lifts your company in the Qatari market: diagnosis, research, one plan, and the tools that execute it.

We take your company as it is — its tools, website and numbers — and hand back one plan that tells you where you stand, who competes with you and at what prices, and who your prospective customers are by name and phone. Then we build what the plan needs, and run the funnel with you until it turns into contracts.

From inside the UTS family

Rafea is not a standalone agency: behind it stands one house that holds the research, the software and the production.

What you receive

Six things you can hold in your hand

No “strategy” in a file that is read once and shelved. These are deliverables your team uses from the first week.

A prospect list, by name and phone

Real companies in your sector, with their names, numbers and the person to speak to — not “market segments” and percentages.

A 6–12 month plan

Monthly targets, named channels, and a calendar so your team knows what to do in each week of it.

An identity and a site that captures enquiries

A visual identity, and an Arabic/English website with connected forms — not an inbox nobody reads.

A sales board

A board that arrives loaded with your list: every enquiry is logged, and every follow-up has a date.

A selling guide

Opening messages, answers to objections, follow-up steps — written for your market, not a generic template.

Monthly operation

A weekly review with your sales team, monthly content, a KPI report, and lists kept fresh.

How we work

Four phases, one after the other

Each phase is delivered standing on its own, and you may stop at any of them. The price is set after the diagnosis, because what has not been measured cannot be priced.

  1. A Gulf consultant and a business owner reading the company’s documents together at a desk — this is the diagnosis: the company read as it is, in numbers1

    Diagnosis

    2 weeks

Where you stand today — in numbers, not impressions.

    What we do

    • An inventory of your tools: the system, the website, the social accounts, the identity, the order forms, and how enquiries reach you today
    • A market snapshot of your sector in Qatar

    What you receive

    • A “where you stand” report
    • The market and competitor snapshot, with names
    • A first prospect list, by name and phone
    • A presentation session
  2. A businessman in Qatari dress planning at a meeting table with a tablet, papers and a laptop — the moment study, positioning and calendar are folded into one plan2

    The integrated plan

    4 weeks

One plan that binds the research, the positioning, the pricing, the channels and the calendar.

    What we do

    • Research on the Qatari market, the competitors, the prices and the regulation
    • The company's positioning and message
    • Packages and pricing
    • The channels that work in Qatar
    • The calendar

    What you receive

    • A 6–12 month plan with monthly targets
    • A prospect list ranked by fit
    • The selling guide (messages, objections, follow-up)
    • The identity and website brief
  3. A street in Msheireb Downtown Doha, a whole district built from a single master plan — so it is with the build phase: what the plan decides gets made3

    The build

    6–8 weeks

What the plan decided gets built — with the UTS production and software departments.

    What we do

    • Executing what the plan decides, with the production and software departments

    What you receive

    • A visual identity
    • An Arabic/English website with forms connected to the sales board
    • An introductory video and photography
    • A PDF profile
    • A WhatsApp catalogue
    • Google Business Profile
    • LinkedIn pages
    • A system (Jadwal / Tadween) where needed
    • A sales board loaded with your list
  4. A modern Doha office with a colleague at his screen — the weekly review by which the sales funnel is actually run, month after month4

    Running the funnel

    Monthly

A plan parked on a shelf is worth nothing — we run the funnel with you until it becomes contracts.

    What we do

    • We work the funnel with you every week

    What you receive

    • Follow-up managed on the board
    • Monthly content
    • Lists refreshed
    • A monthly KPI report
    • A weekly review with the sales team
Who it's for

Who Rafea was built for

For a company selling below its capacity, that knows it, and wants one plan instead of three vendors who never speak to each other.

The floor of a glass factory in Doha’s Industrial Area — the plant after licensing: the line is ready, the question is who buys

A plant, just past licensing

The line is ready and the capacity is there. The question is who buys, and how to reach them before fixed costs eat the first year.

A long-standing carpet and textile shop under the arches of Souq Waqif, goods laid out and customers who know it by name — an established company that sells face to face and has no trace online yet

An established company with no digital presence

Years of work, known only to its old customers — no site that captures enquiries, or an identity that no longer looks like it.

A handshake between a businessman and a man in Qatari dress over a signed contract on the table — a new company starting from its first agreement

A new company

The commercial registration is in hand and the page is blank: positioning, a price, and a first list for your team to call.

A Gulf branch entering Qatar

A different market from the home one — different competitors, different regulation, and a local list that cannot be imported.

The method

We did it for ourselves first

Before we put these phases in front of anyone, we went through them ourselves: we inventoried our own tools, read the Qatari market sector by sector with a research engine we built, and came out with the UTS 2026–2027 plan — lists with names and phone numbers, a monthly calendar, and a sales board where the follow-up is actually managed. This very site is one of that plan's outputs.

  • The same method, the same tools, and the same board you will receive.
  • UTS experience since 2011 in feasibility studies and licensing for more than 250 clients.
  • No client names and no file figures are shown here — what belongs to a client stays with them.
FAQ

Questions asked before starting

No circling: these are the five questions we get most, and these are the answers as they are.

How long does each phase take?

The diagnosis is two weeks, the integrated plan four weeks, the build six to eight weeks depending on what the plan decides, and the operation is a continuing monthly engagement. You start with the diagnosis alone and decide afterwards whether to continue or stop — nothing beyond it is committed in advance.

Does it suit small companies?

Yes, and it is often most useful to them: a small company can carry neither three scattered vendors nor a plan on paper. We start with the diagnosis and a first list for its team to call, then build only as much as the year can carry — no more.

We already have an advertising agency — where do you fit?

We do not replace it. The agency produces the content and the advertising; Rafea decides who it is aimed at, with what message and at what price, and hands the agency the list and the calendar to work from. And if the agency is enough on its own, we say so in the diagnosis report and save you a whole phase.

Who owns the data? And what about privacy?

The lists, the plan, the identity and the website are yours — delivered with their source files, and they stay with you if the engagement ends. We show no client's name and no figure from their file on our site or in a pitch to anyone else — which is why you see no client names on this page.

How do we actually start?

A WhatsApp message or the form on this page. We call back within one working hour and set a short session to understand your situation, then the diagnosis begins. We do not ask for your financial figures in the first session.
